If you made a purchase but did not receive your order, please wait a little! Delivery of the order may take several minutes.

⚠️ Do not attempt to make the purchase again, as funds may be charged twice.

If the purchase takes too long to arrive, contact customer support. To do this, open “Settings” in the game and tap “Contact Support.”

Purchase Confirmation

To confirm the purchase, we will ask you to provide the transaction ID and a screenshot of the receipt for your purchase. Here’s how you can find the receipt or transaction ID:

  1. Open the relevant email account and find the receipt for the order payment in your Google Play inbox.
  2. Select the desired purchase on the Google Payments transactions page.
